I’m Grace, and I’m glad you’re here.

Coming from a career in nursing, one of the most trusted professions, I bring the same values of care, integrity, and clear communication to my work as a real estate agent with Insiders Realty. As a lifelong Wisconsin native and a University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I have spent my career guiding people through important, often emotional decisions. That experience translates naturally into real estate, where trust, attention to detail, and advocacy matter most.

After my spouse and I purchased our first home in Dane County, I experienced firsthand how fast-paced and competitive the Madison real estate market can be. I understand how overwhelming buying or selling a home can feel, which is why I focus on creating a process that feels clear, well supported, and manageable from start to finish. My goal is for every client, whether buying their first home or selling a longtime residence, to feel informed, confident, and comfortable asking questions every step of the way.

I also enjoy helping clients see the full potential of a home, whether that is envisioning future updates or identifying simple improvements that can make a space feel personal and functional. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. You might also find me reading, hiking, or working on home renovation projects with my spouse and son.
