Cait was so helpful, and responsive, and took the best care of us. We were first-time homebuyers from out of town and she made us feel incredibly comfortable with the process and was so detailed whenever we did a virtual walkthrough. My wife and I moved from out of state. We only had a week to look at homes and Cait was immensely helpful in showing us around the area and getting us in to see all the houses we were interested in. The Madison area was ultra competitive, with most houses selling the week of listing, but Cait helped us find a house during our trip and her advice helped us submit a competitive offer that secured us the sale.
