Where are the luxury neighborhoods in Madison, WI? Madison's high-end market centers on the lakeside villages of Maple Bluff and Shorewood Hills, historic Near West Side neighborhoods like Nakoma and University Heights, Lake Mendota and Lake Monona waterfront, and golf and club communities like Bishop's Bay in Middleton.
The luxury market here isn't one thing. A 1920s estate in Maple Bluff, a lake home on Lake Monona and a new build overlooking a fairway in Middleton are all "luxury," and they lead to very different lives. I grew up in this world. My great-grandfather developed Shorewood Hills, and by family account my family donated the land for Blackhawk Country Club, so this part of Madison is personal for me.
Maple Bluff
